The stainless steel body doesn't sit flush with the ULE rail I recently recieved.

Is is possible to mill out the ULE rail to allow the stainless steel body to sit flush?

If so, will it be possible to use a ULE rail later?

What I refer to is the circular opening in the ULE rail just behind where the tiwst lock assembly used to be. If I make it squarish to allow the stainless steel body to fit will it wobble and will it ever be possible to use a ULE body later in life?

You can either make the square PIM round on the stainless body, or make the rail square to accept. Either way doesn't matter and won't hurt anything. I have done a few of them. ;)
