DIvision of electoral college votes.

This election Colorado will be voting on whether or not our votes should be divided based on the popular vote. Personally, I'm proud to be in the state that is spear-heading (the guinea pig for) political revolution.

its all-or-nothing in the electoral college at this point right? i think dividing the electoral college votes up will be a true popular vote, but it could cause other problems
