Computer help needed for the computer retarded. (me)

I bought a domain name and would like to build a very small website.
The big question is how do I build said website and use the domain name to get to it?

You could use one of your computers as a server. And call your isp for the domain name stuff.

although i would recommend purchasing internet space from an ISP...

I've used wwww.123ehost.com and www.hostrocket.com with great success. Icurrently use host Rocket.
