I'm sure this issue has come up before, but I couldn't find it on a search.

The bottom side of a RT Pro rail from AGD states a recommended input pressure of 600 psi. I've been using 800 straight out of my tanks for a while and never had a problem. Is 600 going make a differece of somekind, efficiency, sound volumes, or what?

well it will likely be less reactive at that pressure, the recharge rate will also likely be affected and if your running a lvl 10 your likely gonna get more chuffs

Maybe I should ask it this way:

What input pressures have you guys been running on RT valves, and what differences have you noticed.

i run it at as high as i can. about 900 to 1000 psi usually. the extra pressure gives the trigger more reactivity. at lower pressure, the trigger is less reactive. also, i think that at higher rates of fire, having higher input pressure would less likely starve the valve for air than at lower pressures.

I use a input pressure of 800 it tends to work for me. You are going to have to find out what pressure is good for your style of playing.

Anywhere from 800-1000psi input. The valve itself can handle 3000psi into it but no tank can produce that without a catastrophic failure.

Maybe I just need to go home tonite and work with the marker to try to get it reactive. I have never been able to it before, but I have not adjusted anything on it either, I just read a thread about adjusting the pin behind the trigger down to 1mm gap. I'm not looking to achieve 20bps but the ability to get something out of it would be nice.

DO NOT TOUCH THE TRIGGER ROD. You alter the relationship between the sear, on/off pin and trigger. It can make a totally working gun non-functional.
