i just got my mag and i dont see a place to put on a fron grip, or anything else for that matter, no holes or anything (in front of the trigger frame) so where would i put the mag vertical adapter?

The rail is scored for the bolt hole internally. Take the body off the rail and you'll see it. (Up near the front.) Punch that out and you can bolt the front adapter on.

i dont really understand what your saying, so i will have to leave the rail off or get a new one to use the vertical adapter?

No...

Take the body off the rail.

Look towards the front of the rail. It should have a circular hole in there. Punch that hole out and you can then bolt the adapter on. When you're done, put the body back on the rail.

it shouldn't be stripped. what kind of allen are you using? cheap brand made from plated copper? the problem is likely the tool, not the screw

stop whining buy a mag

The front frame screws do strip a lot. I've seen 100's of stripped front frame screws on Mags. There hard to get to with a standard allen wrench because you usually don't want to turn it the hard way the whole time. I picked up a stripped screw remover from Lowes and it got all of them out. If that doesn't work you can do what my friend did. He put his E-mag in a vice grip (towel around it of course) hacksawed the screw so a phillips head screwdriver would fit in there and then got if off with a lot of force and a perfect sized screwdriver. He did considerable damage to the top part of the frame (lots of scratches) but he got it off and that's what counts.

just punch it out with something the same size as the hole & voila, instant hole

speaking of which, did you get it new or used?

used, but punching it out seems kinda hard to punch through metal

Not really. Hammer and a set punch or bolt will do the trick.

ok then, what would i use to punch through it, a screw driver? (witha hammer hitting it ofcoarse)

Take the bolt that comes in the vert adapter kit and use that.
