Have any of you shot or owned a Revenge V2? Doubtful, I've owned a Revenge and played a few games with a J2 and S5

CCM makes great guns, but I believe the Revenge rocking AKA parts is going to out-perform a J2.

CCM makes good stuff, but being the AKA fanboi that I am, I gotta go with the revenge, but ONLY if you plan on keeping it mech. You can add an e frame to a revenge, but it takes more work than normal.

Seen that gun at the shop Steelrat, and it's more of a matte dark-red, Not the bright red they sorta show you.

Still sweet gun... my friend also has a Revenge V2 LE for sale, Grey-Black Acidwash, Dust... pretty sweet...

Think he's asking 6-700... he paid almost 2 grand for the setup when he first got it (the conquest, titanium boomy, and revenge...

I own a V2 and have shot CCM J2s before.
While I wouldn't ever trade my Revenge for a Chipley, if I didn't have my Jurrasic Goo beauty, a Chipley would be at the top of my list, right up there with the long extinct slide-framed Eclipse.

You can't go wrong with either.

Revenge V2. Although the J2 is nice, go with the revenge.

Blaze,
I posted in his thread on pbn and still havent heard back. If he wants to sell it LMK.

thanks for all the advice guys, I am realy leaning towards a mech cocker for that classic high end mech feel.

Well mine is almost a J2 less a little milling...personally I like it slab sided baby.

It got a little dirty after the final battle of a scenario we played this summer....

I'll talk to him, He has only used it twice (I was there both times) and then we used it once during the summer (Kicked ***.)

Anyways, I'll talk to him later, he's been busy with art school (Art Institute of Seattle) and hasn't been online much, and changed his cell-phone.

toughie...

I like CCM gear a lot, plus they have a neato near 90* single finger slider...

But then again, AKA gear is slick, slick, slick.

My vote is for J2, but just by a fraction, and mainly cause I love their pump kits.

I would but the j2 frame is a 80 dolar upgrade and then another 150 for the barrel kit puts the total cost at 620 bucks, the j2 is only 180 more. what to do?
