So i just picked a timmy to complement my mag, and I was looking into getting a second n2 air system.

I'm pretty straped for cash, (just bought the timmy), so I was looking at an alloy 47ci 300 psi crossfire tank. I fount em for 70 bucks online, and I like the price, but the regs look way different than the one on my 45/68.

Anyone used one of these or heard of someone using them? any ideas?

I do need the fast recharge rate for the timmy, iis a 3k gonna keep up?

I've had good experience with my 45/68 preset 850 crossfire, never had a problem with it. worse comes to worse I might drop the 200 for the 45/48 crosfire 850 out.

two of my friends have 47/30 tanks. the recharge rate depends on the regulator, so look at the regulators not tank pressure. Although it will most likely work fine, i would not buy it. it is either steel or thick aluminum/alloy, so it will be very heavy, and the regulator certainly wont be the best for consistency and recharge, and wont be adjustable. if you are willing to invest over 1k in a marker, save up a bit and get a quality tank, unless you plan on lending one gun/tank to someone, in which case you will need a tank now.

edit - oh yeah and you wont get too many shots off of that tank either.

Crossfire's the way to go, but that tank is gonna be a little on the small side. If you want a small tank, get a 45/4500. You'll get about 500 shots from the 47/3000.

I'd just use the 68/4500 that you already have and not worry about another tank.

you should probably still try to save up a little bit longer and go with a better tank, since you will want to have the better tank on your gun and a mag with a 47/30 will need a fill after every game. but its ultimately your choice.
