would i have a problem if i used a shocktech angel detent on my ULE body, or do i have to use an AGD detent?

You should be fine with Angel detents.

I broke the detent on my angel the other day so I swapped out the one on my ule body so I could use my angel. The feedneck and detents are angel threaded on ule bodies.

the agd detents are alot cheaper than any other angel detent that i've seen

I tried using a ST angel detent in my ULE and it didn't fit. I didn't know what was going on.
