Really. Probably the only thing keeping us from just claiming Canada - other than it being "a cold and frozen wasteland" is Quebec. We don't approve.

So secretly we just let Canada think they are their own entity. Which is nice. Cause this way the beer stays better. I believe the better beer is because the "cold and frozen wasteland" acts as a big fridge. :D

In the highly unlikely event we were successfully forced to join the US, and if the only option was to be an American or die, I think a large portion of Canadians wouldn't need to be ordered. :rolleyes:

We saw what cutting the electricity on a large scale does last year. In that confusion there's no way they could organise an invasion. :p

South Dakota will be grey area. Canada can't have it because it doesn't border Canada, but why would the US want residual Dakota?

It was me. California is too big for us (too many people). And it's government spending is even more messed up than ours. Not to mention we'd have to add Spanish to our list of Official Languages.

You don't know snot about history do you. Until the end of the war Canada was poorly defended and Britain was occupied fighting Napoleon on the European continent. Most of the invasions attempted by the US into Canada were repelled by handsful of locals, farmers, and indians.

So far, the only way the "superior" US can "win" a modern war is to go in quick and get out even quicker (as shown in the first Gulf war).

Whether in jest or serious, take the self-centered ego and shove it. It exemplifies what is worst about the US and is the underlying cause of much of the hatred of the US.
