So...i am building a kegerator and cut off most of the inside paneling on the door(all that plastic crap must go). I don't want to leave it looking like a mess and want to sand it down/polish it/grind it down so that it is flat and not all crappy looking like now...any idea which bit I should use? Or what other tools I should use for this? Should I just suck it up and use sand paper?

Sand paper will work. So will some of the solid metal wood shaping bits. The abrasive sanding cylinders and grinding stones have a tendancy to clog when used on plastics.

You will have a hardtime getting a smooth edge with anything but the sanding drums. And they will clog up quickly. They will last longer if you run your dremel on the slowest possible speed.

For PLASTIC? Isn't that a touch overkill?

yea but it will save some time. actually to take the mass of it off a baby grider could work quite well
