ULT for minimag

Hello out there. I was wondering if a ULT trigger would work on a minimag.
The website says that its not recomended so i was wondering what the pros
and cons are. If anyone knows just hit me up. Later Taters

yes.....it will fit, and technically works. it also makes it painfully EASY to short-stroke. i would strongly recommend against it - save yourself the $40. it's also very easy to outshoot the valve with the trigger that light.

I have a ULT in my minimag (w/ classic valve) and mine works pretty well. I suggest getting your ult from agd and ordering a pack of 6 Lx shims with it. The ult will come with like 5 ult shims, but you're going to need AT LEAST 11 ult shims in there for it to work reliably. Mine has the equivalent of 15 ult shims. NOTE: 1 Lx shim = 2 ULT shims. The trigger will be a lot lighter once you install the ult, and in turn is easier to short stroke, so it takes some getting used to. As far as out shooting the classic valve, it's not incredibly easy to out shoot. Oh yea, don't get this unless you have a Lx (level 10) bolt on your gun or else your minimag will turn into minichopper.
