Looks great! I can't tell from the pic but older mag frames came up higher on the side of the body and covered the hole that the sear pin comes out on Micromags. Just something to check so you don't lose that pin!

Don't but the regulator on it unless it's gutted. Since you have to use HPA with the xvalve, that would be triple regulating. Triple Regulating = bad: shootdown, etc. I think it looks fine with that grip, but if you want the autococker reg, make sure you gut it.

Good Luck,

yeah, what pat said.. if you put a cocker reg on there, make sure you gut the thing... although, I think the dye comfort grip looks sweet on there -- just get an elbow macro fitting instead on there if you intend to use it as a gas-thru.

you're just going to use the reg as a foregrip and not run air through it, correct?

if so then since it's just aesthetics, go for it.

I think a black cp mini foregrip would look great on there. It will make the trigger frame and grip look even. Which I think is better looking.

Personally, I would leave that forgrip on there. Cheaper, plus it looks really nice, matches well, and flows well. However, if you are set on a reg...

Don't bother gutting it; just run the line straight to the valve. Again, cheaper, easier, and looks a little better.

Hope ya like her T.A.F.,

Glad you are excited to get her ... The body on that gun has been serving me well for LONG LONG Time... But heck I think Tuna was the last one to shoot it when he tuned it up for me earlier this year with a differnt valve in it...

(Squid) He might leave that Grip on there , but I have it on another gun.. LOL ... Thus all the reg talk...

RAWK ON :headbang:

The bodies look heavy, but they are alot shorter than regular bodies and are all aluminum, so they are fairly light
