Looks like a modded stock mag barrel. I would pay $3 for the novelty.

in efficient, that is what it is, it appears to have like, a 3 inch control bore, you will not get anything remotely good worth of efficiency with this, hell you might as wel buy one of those ramrod barrels from 5 years back

i remember those ramrods from forever ago.... i was so enthused about getting one for my "awesome-super-sweet tippmann"
ahhh the good old days. cheap guns, neighbors woods.

couponqueen89- you are a genious. if you could get liquid steel and pour it into that and then sharpen the end, that really would be a drill bit.

custom milled stock barrel (preety shure) if you want it because it looks cool, then get it ($5 tops) but, its not gonna perform great, HORRIBLE efficence, and not enough control bore to shoot nice

It looks like a Pro-Line barrel I last saw in about 1995. So since nobody else bothered to actually address the question with an actual answer, there ya go.

That has been on ebay for awhile.
BTW, those Mako barrels suck. They're quiet, but that's about it.
