I can get 8 bps on mine. Some people clame 12+, i just want to know what you guys can do, and who i can call bull**** on.

More than 8 seems rare, and 10+ seems downright outlandish.

Relevant specs:
X-valve
Y-grip
ULT

If anyone has sound/audio analyzed, wthat would be cool too.

Do i have slow fingers?

i have held 12 over one of those expensive chronos walking my rt pro... with two spikes up to 14... obviously i didn't send a string of 14 out that fast. but it seemed that i could hold it pretty steady at about 9 or 10 and if i really get into a rythym i can get er up to 11-12. of course... this is what the chrono is telling me... so take those numbers how you want. and of course the one time i have a camera by a chrono... its one that doesn't count bps... grrrr.

i want to see his hand to see if it is bouncing or not. you cant tell if it is or not. i can put my 3rnd burst on my imp with ECS and say no bounce then shoot it and it wont bounce but it would not be allowed in a tourny. the trigger weight on a mag is over 1 pound so it will be very hard to twitch it that fast

i shoot like zak dose in that video and i can asure you its not bounce, buy you do have to fine tune your input pressure to get a nice crisp trigger return, when you do achive this theres actually very little effort involved in shooting the gun fast if you use that style. and you can still do single shots without the trigger bouncing back at ya

Does the accusation of having a hyperframe or bouncing answer your question? I get that alot when I use my A-5 or my Mag... but then I've also been told that I have some pretty quick fingers ;)

Z-man isnt bouncing in that video. He almost fans the trigger, but its more like a seizure. Its an awesome thing to see, but obviously it wears him out pretty fast.

i have a z grip !!!! (not for sale) and i can get it 9-10 bps, have gotten it up to 14 on crono, but that was max. the z grip really gives you a lot more room to move your fingers and makes your arm more flexible. oh yeah and it might help that i have strong fingers (thanks to the piano and the game mercy) and that i have a retro valve. o well, that's my input.

Don't really know... But if I do a sorta walking motion really quick I can get about 4, maybe 5 shots off fairly quickly. The rest of the time I'd say it's not terribly fast.

Legally for me i could get about 8 or 9
Bouncey for me with Dynaflow(upwards of 1.2K PSI) i could get about 15-16

Good I dea. Ill make a little video of that where you can see the trigger. That is only fair.

i can get about 10 on my mag, but then again the pull is a lot lighter than my friends mech mag, which is the same setup. i think i may be able to get around 12 for short periods, on the field with adrenaline.

I can get 12-13 walking my xvalve ult mag...
It takes a little effort to get going though.

Yeah, once you get a good rhythm going its not too hard to sustain fire

On my MM with x valve and single trigger frame, I can hit 6-7 bps and hold it pretty good and it sounds pretty fast. The guy that was in the old mag video shot an old classic mag at 10bps and that sounded fast as hell and that was 13 or 14 years ago I believe when the tape was made. I remember guys that could shoot mech mags at scary speeds when mags and cockers were the only real high end guns. There were guys way back when that could shoot mechs at pretty insane speeds for a mech.

10-11 with my Classic w/ Intelli.

I can get 12-14 by fanning my trigger on my Retro mag with intelframe, but I can't keep it up for very long at all. I typically shoot about 9-10bps in a real game.

I say we make it more interesting since this topic has been hashed over many many times.

For the next bps test .... each marker will be dipped in water, shaken dry...then attach air and paint.

Now....how fast are you...?

Well the field I play at in Greeley Colorado has a deep creek. If you've ever played the field you know that it's a great way to out flank the other guyz. There have been times I've seen markers dipped. Once I saw a guy carry the field owners Milled-sponged annoed-Viking back to him cause he had dipped it. Mind you the guy ended up buying a different viking from him, but still. I've seen them get wet.

I was just being funny....kinda like when your dorm moniter tells you that you can keep any pet in your dorm room as long as it can spend 5 mins under water.

just being funny...

I can get 1-2 bps, but that is without really trying.
I can get a good 9-10 bps with my classic but the I would get tired if it was for a long string.

That creek scared me, now that I've pointed that out back to the point. My marker would be OK with your water test, but I don't think my warp would survive.

fastest ive hit with a classic 11 fast with retro 13 fastest with a ult 17, i know that sounds wierd but thats what the chrono said.

those big red ones dont read bps accurate at all they just measure between the two fastest balls. i shot slow and then two really fast and it said 18. you cant count on a good reading from those.

297bps ok not that much but everyone is different. Some people have naturally faster fingers.

12-14 pending on what kind of trigger/ if it has ult or not. i actually find that im faster without the ult. one of my teammates hits even faster than that no bounce without the ult.
