View Full Version : Search for the lowest AGD Serial numbers

Potatoboy
11-06-2001, 08:21 AM
OK, I'm a little bored and I was thinking, "I wonder what the lowest serial numbers on the board are." I'm interested in working guns with the lowest serial numbers. If you serial is lower than one already on the thread post it! If it isn't lower, don't!

I'll start off. My RTPro is RTP00170.

I'm tired of replying all the time, so I'll just edit this.

Is there any way to find out when these were born? (Left the factory.)
AGD should have records, except for the Micro of course.

Also, what are the current numbers of the ones leaving the factory?

Current Standings:
EMag: EM00035 (i-luv-my-rt)
RTPro: RTP00170 (Me, but I sold it. I forget his AO name.)
ReTro: VV00463 (Mykroft)
RT: RT00069 (FeelTheRT's Friend)
Sydarm: SY00040 (RKL)
Minimag: MM00238 (Linkin)
Carbon Fiber: CF00186 (AGDJon)
Micromag RT: GFX10009 (a_malfunction)
Micromag: GFX000364 (e21bgl)
Smartmag: SM00413 (Automager)

6-Pack: 01437 (bunkerhugger)

Sure, why not, it's not technically an AGD product, but close enough.

For anyone who's too lazy to read all the posts, here are the current standings.

RTPro: RTP00170
Carbon Fiber Automag: CF00806
Micromag: GFX000364

Potatoboy
11-06-2001, 01:08 PM
Alright, doesn't look like much has changed. The standings are still:

Current Standings:
RTPro: RTP00170 (Me!)
Carbon Fiber: CF00202 (KayleAGD)
Minimag: MM00800 (KayleAGD)
Micromag: GFX000364 (e21bgl)
Micromag RT: GFX10537 (Hexis)
EMag: EM00336 (LittMag)

Sqweezer, looks like Kayle has you beaten by a little bit, and I usually play in the Detroit area, mostly at PAW and sometimes at Futureball indoor. Drop me a PM or an email if you want to meet up some time, like I said before, the mag needs a bigger presence in Michigan

I have an RT with no. RT00996 (and RT05219)

I have a mag with CF07563 on the front of the valve and CF10447 on the rear (an original Promag rear), I bought it from the Mayhem Tigers like that when I first started playing for them :) Its engraved as Promag 271! Although the engraving is now very faint (gun has seen a LOT of use :) )

I used to own RT00060. I bought in Dec '96, and it had the polished highrise powerfeed body. Oddly enough it was registered by the shop I bought it from (NW Paintball) instead of me...weird. It was a great gun, but I had to sell it...Now I have EM00733, and she fills in quite nicely.

Well, since i'm making my first post since 2003, i thought i would resurrect a thread from around that time period :) I just realized that my Micromag RT valve is below 70 (I thought it was around 10070, because I did not realize that they started the count at 10000. Then i had to laugh at myself for thinking that they had sold that many micromag RT's anyway). I'm not giving the exact number, since many people seem to think it is a security issue, but it is below 70. Does this make it anywhere close to being "collectible"?

After doing a tiny bit of searching for what people are willing to pay on here for really old classic automag valves, I started to kick myself for selling a very very low numbered automag back in the mid 90's (when i was 16...). But then I remembered that I sold the thing for $500, (with inflation, over $600 in today's money), and I don't know many people willing to pay that much for a classic mag now :tard: Oh how paintball prices have changed since then. Plus, $500 as a 16 year-old was worth a lot more to me then than it is now. So overall, I'm glad I sold it then. Anyway, I don't remember the serial number that the mag had, but I bought it used in 1996, and I remember thinking later that I should have spent a little more money and gotten a newer mag (IF i recall correctly, it was not lvl 7).

I played my first game of paintball in a long time this month after I sustained a back injury in 03', so once again I am finding myself addicted not just to paintball but also to automags.org! Stay tuned for many more posts
