Ok, as there is no real forum for selling this stuff in the B/S/T forums, I figure I'd post it here. Mods, feel free to move it to whatever category is deemed necessary.

I have some miscellaneous hiking gear I want to get rid of. It is all in good to excellent condition, although, it is used. I have the following items for sale:

Lowe Alpine Contour IV 90+15
EMS crashpad (inflateable sleeping pad)
MSS- the military's Modular Sleep System-consists of a lightweight bag, a 15* bag, and a goretex bivy sack. It is designed to be used as a complete system, or whatever bag is needed.
I will have pics up probably tomorrow. If you're interested, please post in here. I will consider almost any offers. I do NOT want any trades...this stuff needs to be sold. I have too much backpacking gear, and need to downsize my inventory.
If this stuff doesnt go this week, its gonna go to ebay. I figured I'd let you guys check on it first. Thanks.

You may be better off posting it at one of these sites:

It's an Army bag, what did you expect it to be? :)

Well, I can live with just drab green or black. But the bivy sack is camo patterened. I would be the laughing stock of all I camp with:) Hell, if I used that around a few of my buds I would wake up in the bushes and my buddy's going, where is he, I don't see him.

Yeah, cuz yellow is a natural color

Lew, thanks, I'll try there too. Again, I figure I'd give AO first shot.

How much do you want for the MSS? And how much does it weigh?

Offhand, dunno how much it weighs. At a guess, the whole thing 8 lbs range. I would like to get 300 for it. The only thing missing is a stuff sack. I MAY have one hanging around...may even have the original one. Worst case scenario, I can throw in a waterproof bag.
