Anyone tried a Q-loader? Looks good but how good does it work? Any thoughts?

We've been using it mostly for testing. It is indeed the fastest loader out there now.....BAR NONE.

Really tough to reload the pods/clips/mags in the field. Usually when you run outta pods, your done for a while. Other than that, they seem like a great system.

:D I have a new one coming out :) It is indeed fast.

You really need to try one before you decide. It's very much like the Warp feed. Some people swear by them, some people swear at them.

I used one - now in fairness I did not use it long enough to get used to it, or its feeding system.

They are extremely quick - though if you have a long hose and you attach the first pod with an empty hose you will break paint going into the breech.

Mine were "sticky" and would sometimes hang up, creating a gap, then when the balls closed the gap at Mach 1 they would break. That stickiness would cause misfires.

I did not like loading them, it involved a modified hopper and a friend to do it, what a pain.

The pods have to be empty to repod on gun, if there not they will be when you take them off.

They just became too many negatives for me, I know the strenghts of them and am going to hear them

mmmm ~100 rds per pod. i mounted on the side of my emag and i like it a lot. once you get the reloading down it takes ~7 seconds per pod w/a revvy or something to assist you. grey is the only color. and the pods are super durable. good system is you dont rely too heavily on having a constant stream of paint coming from ur gun. quick short bursts and ur good to go. i forgot the qloader website...do a search and you should get a lot of hits. its kinda a popular topic.

Ricochet shells are more durable - my Q-loader (like due to user error) failed me in a snake.. then all of the sudden the shell shattered against a bunker  - funny, I had taken it off the gun and all of the sudden there were pieces by the bunker and in my hand :D

My Ricochet failed me - now I will grant its harder to swing a ricochet, but it survived meeting the bunker
