I don't see it that way. There is a fine line between allowing arguments and what becomes flaming. I realize from your perspective it might seem that way. But sometimes you have to step back and see the whole picture. In many cases, if its an older member, they might get a talking too offline about some things rather than in public. Its fairly obvious that a long time respected member deserves a little more slack. But none the less will get reminded when he has gone too far. And you will never be aware of that.

But... I do my best to be as equal as I can.
