I bought some stuff from them and it was good...but just make sure to know your item is in stock...thats one of the main complaints i hear from people...is that their stuff wasnt in stock, and it took forever to get it.

I've bought from them numerous times. never any problems. Call first to make sure it's in stock. Don't order from the website.

You'd think they were somewhat dependable considering they've been in business for a few years, right? Although I have not personally bought from them because my business is conducted elsewhere, I'd imagine, by the other person(s) posts, that they're a legit company. Cheap Pricing is a good thing. Good Luck!

ive bought from them a few times, but i mainly use www.pbgear.com and www.xpaintball.com

pbgear is cool because the items have reviews on them right from there site, so u can read what other people think, also they price there stuff pretty cheap so does xpaintball

heh I get cheap overnight shipping from 888. They're located in central Jersey, I'm in north. Ah good times when you need paint for sunday on a thursday night, you'll get it by friday if they're instock.

i have bought many times from them and they have amazing delivery time and r very reliable once i had a bag of paint in a case break and they told me sorry for the incovince and sent me an intire new case so i ended up with 3500 balls instead of 2000 for the same price :)

I have been buying from them since they started...

I have never had any trouble or complaints unitl late. I have also been reading/hearing alot of people have been having cutomer service issues as well. (wrong stuff, ect ect)

Me and my two brothers, and cousin buy 6-8 cases of paint from them a MONTH. The last 5 cases that I recieved were HORRIBLE. Looked like they were sitting in front of a heater or something.... every other one broke in the barrel. I have been playing since 91' and I know what bad paint is.

SO after driving for over an hour to play, we were quite 'upset' when once we broke into the new paint, we found it to be bad.

End of day, waste of time, waste of money.....

SO I call 888 right there from the field... I am told to call back Monday and talk to the customer service manager. SO Monday comes, and I call, only to get transfered to National.

After listening to the guy try to explain to me that...
-Our guns were set up wrong
-Our batteriies were all bad
and
-That it was only low-grade 'target' paint (32* comp)

.. I basically had to ream him a new one... After explaining to him that all 5 of our guns were not set up wrong or had dead batteries.... and that I bought about 100 cases of this stuff from him a year with no trouble... he finally agreed to take the 5 cases back and replace them.

I wasnt looking to get over... just to get what I paid for. If I had bought paint from Wal-Mart or Gallians, they would have replaced it for me NO PROBLEM.

SO after shipping it all back to them at my cost... they tell me that they are only going to credit me for 3 cases... not 5. Being that each case was open and some was missing.

My response was "Well, if you go to a restaurant to eat, how can you know that the food is bad unless you eat some of it?"

BOttom line is that 888 just took a loyal customer who spends hundreds if not thousands of dollars with them a year and took a big fat cr@p on me.

Fortuantely I paid on my AMEX, so I stopped payment on the 2 cases that they wouldnt replace. (Pending an Amex inquiry)

National/888 is getting a little too big for their britches., IMHO
Just my $.02
