theres stars on the valve, well theres one on this classic mag i bought , im rebuilding it, but im waiting for the hair trigger to come out to see what ill need before i do anything and so i can collect some money up but there can be up to 5 stars on a valve i think im not sure.

stars do nothing. they were a warranty program but they did away with it.

if your getting a hair if it ever comes out youll need an rt not a classic valve.

Star warranty program is still in effect. Check airgun.com for more info. The newer x-valves without stars i.e the ULE RT and TAC ONE are condidered to have two stars . AGD is supposed to have stars put on newer valves soon.

Quote:
All E-Mags, X-Mags, Tac-Ones, RT ULE Customs, RT Pros, X-Valves, Retro Valves and Flatlines without engraved stars have the equivalent of 2 stars. We will "punch" the valve to show that a warranty repair has been done on the valve. We are going to begin laser-engraving stars on these valves soon.
