Internal Airline on a Mag

I was just wondering why did AGD abandon the internal way off hooking up the gasline to the valve? Would it be possible to do someting like that now and and have it go to something like a gassthough? It be kinda cool to have an internal air line and remove the need for the hose comming out the side of the gun. Just a thought i had.

Because with the way the air was set up with RT's there were 11 more places for air to leak out from, and more orings that could and would eventually fail.
