emag wall charger

i was wondering if this charger radio shack charger (http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F009%5F001%5F005%5F000&product%5Fid=22%2D505) would work to charge my e-mag battery in my house...or if anyone had any experence with it, or if the other one that havok suggested would be better to get?.. thanx in advance...
