WORR GAME PRODUCTS (Manufacturer of the famous Autococker line of markers and Worr Paintball Gear) and E.M.R. PAINTBALL PARK of New Milford, PA have joined forces to build the biggest and best Stockade Fort in Paintball, "FORT WORR". This two-story stockade fort will boast 12' high walls, full ramparts, corner towers, 17 store buildings within the walls, 24' square center blockhouse with three story tower, and a multitude of western style props throughout the courtyard. These will include wagons, horse troughs, and even a gallows to add authenticity(non-working of course).
The legendary Bud Orr is always looking for ways to give back to the players and Blue is always striving to make his facility better for the players so when Blue and AB presented the idea to Bud and Sonny at the 2004 IAO in Pittsburgh, it was an immediate hit. What better way to give back to the players than to help build a custom western themed field at EMR!
Together they have come up with a great Western Theme field. Not only are they building FORT WORR at E.M.R.'s facility, but will be also constructing other compounds surrounding the area around the fort. One will be a mine shaft complete with surrounding miner's shacks and slough. Another will be a trapper's camp full of furs and lean-tos nestled in the pine woods. A clearing in another spot of the woods will house a ranchhouse with barn and corrals. Topping off this western playing area will be the camp of the Native Americans.
In 2005, you can play FORT WORR at E.M.R. PAINTBALL PARK, located at Rt. 706 & 601, New Milford, PA 18834. You can contact Blue at (570) 465-9622 or e-mail him at [email protected]. I know this has nothing to do with the new field at EMR but...

How many people usually attend MAGNUM'S CASTLE CONQUEST, I'm thinking about going to Castle Conquest XIX

Hey Bob, Where are they building this new field?
Is it down below the bridge field, out back of the camping area?
Thanks for your info.

The fort itself is built where Castle Anthrax was ( between Boneheads and Sgt. Splatter's ) . The outer sub-bases will be scattered thru there from marshals madness - boneheads - Pub crawling ect. Pretty much the area directly behind the rec center from the pines on the left to the powerline road.

I'm really looking forward to playing this field, but I probably can't make the Western Worrs game in July. Anyone know if it wil be in play for Pump Pandemonium in August?

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be in pandemonium, seeing as it's smack dab in the middle of the park. I hope it has a good role in Quest, though! I'm deffinitely excited for this year; there's a lot of exciting games coming up.

Conquest is going to be great! I'm hoping to bring at least a dozen people or so and I can't wait to get back into it for this year. Hope to see everyone there!

NEW FRONTIER WARS AT EMR
CHANGED BACK TO ORIGINAL DATE 6/25/05 & 6/26/05

Due to numerous requests from our players, EMR is changing the date
of their FRONTIER WARS back to the original dates of June 25th and 26th
of this year. This brand new game on a brand new field at EMR PAINTBALL
PARK in New Milford, PA promises to be a great event unlike any other
big games in the east.
BLUE, Blue’s Crew and many of the hometeams have been working
furiously to complete FORT BLUE’S CREW, which will be the biggest and
most complete Western Style Stockade Fort in Paintball. It sports two
story walls sectioned off into four full quandrants with the floors
varying in width from 8’ to 16’ deep allowing a great amount of freedom
in movement both below and on the second story. A 24’ Blockhouse
located in the center of the fort’s parade ground will have a full
second story with a third story tower in the center. 14 assorted Stores
and Shops will be built into the walls and the parade ground will have
numerous barricades throughout including horse troughs, wagons, and a
(non-working) gallows.
On other parts of the field will be a miner’s camp complete with
mineshaft and miner’s shacks, a Ranchhouse compound with mini-barn and
out buildings, a Trapper’s Camp with furs and leantoos, a Mini Fort
Outpost, and a friendly Native American Village. All of these
additional compounds will be in play and hold strategic importance to
both the Attacking Native Warriors lead by Team Iroquois Invasion who
are trying to take back their Frontier and to the Settlers and Soldiers
who are trying to defend what they have built. The odds of Native
Warriors to the Settlers and Soldiers will be three to one as they try
to hold their different outposts and the Main Fort itself against the
onslaught of the fierce warriors.

www.EMRPAINTBALL.com, call (570) 465-9622, or e-mail to [email protected].
