after i filled everything out it says "united states parcel service, 7.8 pounds." why is is it 7.8 pounds? they must have alot of packing peanuts?

The 2k is a huge brick of Stainless steel.....or was it the one older than that?

Nah the apoc 2k doesnt weigh anything close to 7.8, is all aluminum.

well im just gonna cancel the order cause pacling peanuts cant weight that much. ill call them tomorow and ask the company. but can anyone weigh their tank and give me the weight?

they arnt heavy at all..usually companys ship stuff in bigger boxes with alot of packing materials to be safe..

i knwo that they use packing materials to ship safely but how could it pick up like 6 pounds. taking that the apoc2k weighs about 2 pounds. can someone weigh their apoc2k?

They send the apoc2k and the toolbox in seperate boxes. The total weight of everything is 7.8 pounds. the tank weighs the same if not a little less than my dye 71/4500.

why is it such a big deal by the way. they tank is VERY light. and if you think they are scammin' you on shipping, its FREE remember

The Apoc2k is aluminum, and isnt any heavier than the AGD Flatline, infact other than the apoc having a rectangular shape and the flatline having a cylindrical shape theres no real difference.

The only thing i can think of to explain the weight issue is they may have the weight for the old SS APoc in there system and its already calculated. Just a guess of course.
