Rip Drive instal

I got a rip drive kit used and it didnt come with any directions. Can someone tell me how i do it? pics help too :D

The base idea, I have done it is that the rod that goes through the big pulley and then downward is replaced by the longer rod and then the spinner is attached to it - not a big help but might get you help, will post more later if noone else does
