Lets say I wanted to buy a pred II or a morlock board and have it installed in an I-Frame how much would I be looking at?

You'd be looking at a custom job of making a mount so that a solenoid can be installed in the i-frame, as well as a switch, a battery and the board itself. The person making it would probably need to carve bits out of the i-frame and bolt on other bits so that it would work properly.

It's possible to do, but the I-frame isn't electronic. You'd be better of looking for a hyperframe to put a predator board in - the hyperframe's designed for a switch and solenoid.

oh and probably $300-$500 from a shop, assuming they bought the parts and did the millwork. Fitting all that stuff in a frame that wasn't designed for it takes time.

You'd need to put a solenoid mount in it for sure. And possibly a mount for the board.

Other than it not being in an Inteliframe, I would suggest the DevilMag from Devil's Den. :shooting:

I kinda had my heart set on an I-Frame because the hyper is fugly.

what about one of the vert frames?

I thought Coolhand was going to make an electro vert frame, but so far nothing. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. Who's knows maybe he'll surprise us.

im pretty sure there is issues with soleniod mounting but that can be over come GA devil has rogue making his grips maybe talk to one of them about getting an empty one to put your own stuff in it but i warn you it will not work mechanically as it doesnt have space for the trigger rod. those are 90 verts.

I could careless about mech mode, What Iam asking is basicly can it be done. On a Vert or an I-Frame you know now that I think about it I would really Like it done in a Vert.

yes it can be done, Joni mounted a hyperframe solinoid and morlock in a logic vert its in the workshop subforum, Trains are bad I believe did it with a y grip which is also in the workshop, the devilmag I believe is in a modified rogue vert and he has said he would be offering them as frames only at some point but you need to contact GADevil for more info(don't think hes got the first batch out yet tho).
