its a differant desing, you gotta rotate the ring 90 degrees then swing it all up. obviously

maybe its not stock?

It's something bad, and I'm alomost sure of it, even though I haven't, nor ever will, open it. First of all, why would a guy tell you a random link was wierd. Second, why would you post it on AO. Third, it just seems too fishy.
