Where should my nipple cover be connected to?

Well, I finnally got my tank :dance: and I wanted to know what I should hook the other end of my nipple cover to?? Some people told me a reg scrw, but I dont wanna go screwing up my new tank by taking a screw out.

Any ideas?

I think its meant for a burst disc/fill nipple (mine was on my fill nipple) but it doesn't matter :)
