Umm no. That is simply a piece to go between your reg or tank so you have a gauge "downstream" of the last stage of regulation.

I've heard the AKA Sidewinder is the "best inline reg"... that i dont know for sure, but both vikings and Excals use them and seem to do well as far as pressure regulation goes. Another good reg is the Air America vigilante. I once had an LP spyder with mako trigger frame that used low pressure regulation from a vigilante... the thing is that the reg is the same for high/low pressure, but you have to change a simple spring in the body of the reg... so far i know, that is a standard thing for quality regs on the market.

that didnt even look like an adjustable but the new 4ce reg from centerflag or just a stock preset from any of the tank manufacturs!
