Ok man...first...if you want general suggestions. Search. But if you want something that will fit you give us stuff you want to have about the gun.

Do you want it to run off co2 or hpa?
Does wieght matter?
Electro or mech?
Company matter at all?
If elec, does it need vision, ect?
Do you need to buy a tank, hopper ect?

There are many other questions to ask...think about as many things as you can and list those things. Then people will be able to help you alot more.

BTW...Welcome to AO

If you put a little more money into if ou would be able to get a unmilled 03 or 02 Viking. Later, you can get a WAS board for $50 new, and then eyes. After this it will beat a E-mag by far.

I had a B2k for a while, and I have to say, dollar for dollar, performance wise, if you want an electro - hold out for the 05 Bushy's coming out in march. they got rid of the tray, and thay are SWEET looking. They are pre selling (or adverting) for <$500 WITH PDS (eyes) !!!! I happen to think thats an incredible deal for a NEW under warranty B2K considering what I paid for one a couple of years ago.

For no-brainer/no maintenance, I just got a Tac-1 since I play woods/scenario alot, and as a package its the best mag deal going IMO

(edit) well not NO maintenance but definitely kicks rocks out of the box .

What is your style of play? Do you want to run HPA or CO2, or both? Do you want a manual or electronic marker? Do you like to upgrade your marker? Do you like to “tinker” with your equipment, or leave it alone?

There are many great markers in that price range, and depending on your answers it will better help determine which marker may be best for YOU and YOUR needs. Open ended questions like “what is the best” are often way to subjective and often “the best” may not be “the best for YOU”.
