Serial Numbers!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello...Thank you for looking.....Anyway I am about to make a trade to get an micro e-mag and I was curious to see if the gun was stolen or if it is registered under his name lke he says it is...I have the serial number but I was just curious if there is a site where I can goto to check out this information.... You'll have to talk To AGD about it, as of right now there is no way to see what serial numbers are registered to who or find out the user history of their porducts with serial numbers. It WOULD be a nice feature though. SOmeone would have to take the time the set up some nice jave for us all....
