I'm planning on getting a set of Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX®-Certified (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=36-119-101&depa=0) for my new computer I'm building (I'll have pics once I have it up and running, just need a HDD)

I was just curious, does anyone else have these? What are some other good speaker systems for PCs?

(I want it to bump for under $150)

Klipsch Promedias are some of the best Computer speakers by far. I think you will be very happy with those.

Friend of mine has them, awesome speakers. Very good sound, easy setup, and great design.

I personally have the Logitec z2300's. IMO they sound just as good for a little cheaper. They are also a little bit more user friendly with the remote control (has a nice big volume knob and bass settings, along with the power button) The Klipsch 2.1 systems have the power located on the back of the sub enclosure.

Small differences, both sound great. You win either way!

Your neighbors will grow to hate your klipsh's, but you'll love them. ;-)

I think you can get the 4.1s now for around 150 on eBay.
