4way orings--where to get them?

I have one of the orracle or CT 4ways on my cocker. It needs new orings on the spool part. Can I just get them at a hardware store or do I need to get them from the manufacture (they are red). It's the one with the allen head, knurled cap on the end. Like this:

Also I hear people talk like this is adjustable but as far as I can see the cap on the end does nothing.
