If a gun has scratches on it, is it possible to anno it to get rid of them?

I don't think so..
I think you'd have to get the whole thing stripped and reannoed.

What the anodizer would do would be to buff it out, and then re-anno it.

the gerneal rule is if you can stick your fignernail in it it probly wont come out 100% but most little oens wil come out no problem

I totally agree. If you strip the old anno layer of it can sometimes take minor scratches out aswell. Big scratches must be buffed out though.

the anodization process actually makes scratches more visable. you would have to strip it, polish it, and then re-ano it. powdercoating, on the other hand, will cover up scratches.
