an on/off is a type of ASA. the ASA is where you screw your tank into, and an on/off is an ASA with a screw like thing on it that you tighten down on the valve pin of the tank to let air in, and unscrew it to let the valve pin seal again, to stop the airflow. it basically makes it easier to unscrew your tank because it releases all the pressure holding it in.

he may have meant the on/off (rt) valve assembly which is the stock assebly. there is also a ult assembly that makes teh trigger lgither.

If was about the x-valve that im sure it was talking about the on/off valve. That is the brass pice that is on the bottom of any AGD valve. It comes out easily by pulling on it. What it does is when the sear pin is pushed by the movement of the trigger, or by the actuation of the solenoid in E/X-mags, it emptys the dump chamber (releases the air in the valve) witch makes the bolt cycle foreward and pushes the paintball out of the barrel. X-valve advantages are lightness, color choice, and you have the choice of using the standard On/Off valve or using the ULT on/off vlave. The ULT on/off vlave makes it much easyer to pull the trigger with a mechinical setup so you can shoot faster.

Who said you can't put a ult on/off in a classic?
