South Jersey is at 12" and counting!

Went to fire up my snow blower to get ready to go to church, and my neighbor drove by and plowed it for me instead!

that doesn't even come close to the storm we had a few years ago.

my sister's car was completely buried in snow - and when i say completely buried, i mean you couldn't see a single part of her car. we had to make a boundary around her car so the street plow wouldn't run over it.
the main reason it did this was because we had bushes and a fence that the the snow banked up on.

Its been under 75 for the last 10 days....we got a ft. or so, not sure on the actual word. It is way to cold to go sticker a ruler in the ground.

I think it was 80 degress today. I went to the beach, surfed for 2 hours, sat on the beach, for another hour, then I went home and floated around my pool in my inflatable chair thingy for another good hour. Then this gust of wind came and it was cold for a second.

Must suck to live in Canada.

I must be crazy but i love the snow. Think about it this way youl never have a Snow day unless it snows (work or school we all get snowdays). Sking and snowboarding is fun too. And NOTHING beats doing donutes in you truck in the snow.

I ALWAYS liked the cold better than the heat as if it gets cold ya can just dress warmer but when it gets hot there only so mutch ya can do.

Im looking to buy myself a jeep too next year for some good 4x4ing in the snow :D just one more thing for Winter fun.

In the past week we've had -30 to -40 w/wind chill and air temps in the -20 range. All the high schools were closed and it hasnt been above 0 in a few days. Im 30 miles away from Canada, so CM I feel ya. We didnt get 14 inches here, but Tug Hill got blasted with maybe even more than that.

Why can't Canadians have movie theatres?

The projectors melt the igloos!

So totally NOT funny; it sucks going to a movie premiere in Murphy's basement , watching the film on a 20" TV. Damned thermal projectors..

It's been unseasonably warm over on the west coast. 8am and it's already 10. Super wet though, over twice the average for the month already. Lots of mudslides and road closures due to flood.
