I have been making solids out of random objects to try to get better at it,
at any rate I decided to do a lvl10 bolt, I think it came out pretty good

That looks like lvl 7.

Maybe it is just the angle, but the O.D. at the end of the bolt looks smaller than the back of the bolt. Looks like you did a great job. How long did it take?

at both pics it looks bigger in back so its assumable its proportional

and looks like a lvlX to me..

Pretty good. Im not to sure if the lx bolt is tapers but itf it is very well done.

after you get used to it solidworks is pretty straight forward,
I did the valve since I posted the bolt pics

just finish the coils on the bolt spring, and you are set. thats the only thing that cries FIX ME!!! lol. taper them down to a solid circle like on a regular bolt spring, and you have it down to a T
