2nd place in a local tourney

As the title says, I took 2nd in a local tourny today, and I wanted to share my joy. I was the only mag there, and I ended up having to use my back-up classic, but I think we did fairly well. We would have taken 1st but a big penalty in the finals knocked us down a notch. But, still, for my first tourny; and having never played with my team before, I'll take 2nd with a smile. :D

Playing on. One of my teammates didn't realize his hopper had been hit and no ref noticed it until after we'd hung the flag so the other team was awarded the flag hang. Sadly that made the difference between 1st and 2nd for us. :cry:
He was using a clear Halo and the fill on the hit matched the shells on his paint. Oh well.

nioce just got done with my teams first tourny and we took 3 in 3 man would have had first but they went into a 4 team final and well we had issues our first 2 games like me slipping and the hopper getting picked bye luck and then 2 hoppers on our team going down at once!!
