View Full Version : Name a new AGD Electro

REDRT

If AGD was to come out with an all new electro what would you name it and maybe why?

Phoenix MAG = rising from the ashes of once was.

I like the Phoenix, just not the Mag part. I think TK said that he wanted to get rid of the mag name, as everyone associates it with slow, chopping markers.

Right. AGD is trying to move away from the word "Mag."

Rogue's Rt-Pro varients are an example of this idea in practice.

I figured instead of an "X" on the valve it could have some kind of wild looking bird of prey.

ULE body - integrated reg + Searless operation* - LX + breakbeam eyes + gas through rail = bestseller

*Any valve that could dump alot of air in 3ms to propel ball and actuate the botl action. mQ would be perfect.

fenix is taken by kingman, while Phoenix has been taken by me for a long time. Now if I could just get some cash together I would be in buisness by now!

I was thinking something along the lines of X squared. Keep with the good reputation X theme.

In that case then, the battery has got to go. A gun that can squeeze 10,000 shots on a 9 volt would be good.

The easy disassembly like the typical Mag would be good.

A simple extruded body that can be cosmetically milled to the nines is a "requirement".

Must have the highest rate of fire obtainable (even though it may never be used in major tourneys).

As light as possible for the limp-wristed modern palyer (sorry, I'm old school and I really don't care about the extra weight)

Must look good being help by Angelina Jolie. If it doesn't, it's garbage.

Even if the OEM parts are good, must present itself as having a good upgrade path.

It would be good if it can pass a Mil-spec abuse test.

Make good Belgian Waffles in the morning....oooops

Did I miss anything?

as far as electro patnets?..thats why we have u ronin ;)...get to it :shooting:

i really think an mq-mag would solve alot of amg problems

perception,efficeny,looks,....more and more and more

as well as anyone who knows tom/agd knows they probly arent gonna pay SP jack :cuss:

then again maybe zupe wil do things differently...its sad to see companies that were ocne working together now strangling eachother at the throat :

I think a joint verture with outside venders, with some cool name, and real marketing it would fly... Something not so wild it would cost a fortune to produce, but nice.

Karta+emag+X valve+lvl10+ACE+new lite weight battery+ wild colors+NEW SOFTWARE= good martketable marker. Offer it in both 90* and 45* grip frames with just a little time it could be ready to go without major R&D time. But it still needs a name??

with a ULT the solenoid doesnt need to be as huge eliminating the large battery pack...

with a regulator as the foregrip the back half of the valve is no longer needed because the ingoing air is allready been regulated.

anyone got any pictures of a reg?

AGD AXIOM Meaning self evident truth or an established principle.

everybody who wants no intigrated reg.....you know how bad that is?

Its like selling a spyder w/o the main spring........ :tard:
:ninja:

its a really bad idea.......just keep the good 'ole aluminum valve, and there is no reason to get another reg. If weight is the problem, with all aluminum parts, its gonna be almost nothing..... ;)

zeal is egerness and ardent interest in pursuit of something

i also like the 4 you picked need4speed
best 2 out of those 4 is prolly alliance and remedy
remedy would be very marketable i think. It could have a catch phrase:"The Remedy for all your problems"~something like that not to mention if it sold good it would be the remedy for agd also. another name i thought about just now was "sanctuary" i like krusty's idea of using lion since it has been part of the emblem forever.
when i look at agd's emblem it reminds me of "Royalty" there another name suggestion specially since everyone wants a new elite, best of the best gun

also wondering if someone could post link or soemthing to the whole SP's lawsuit

This is debatable, but I always like the battery. It still could be used, but something lighter. New battery technology is out there. The battery in that spot gives us something to hold on to that functions. How's about naming it after everyones favorite hedgehog, "Sonic"?

Behold "The Sonic Mag" eh maybe not.

You can't do that. The regulator is what makes the RT work. If you seperate the reg from the bolt/on-off makes it a classic mag.
