you may need the quad o-ring that is stock in emag valves. it's a different design for lower friction on the top of the on/off pin. you can get them at the agd online store.

Are you batteries fully charged?

yes my batteries are charged and also it doesn't shoot when on mechaninc new thing that happened to notice is that the on/ off pin doesn't go back up after using the gun making it kind of impossible to take the valve out unless i disarm the whole gun so help with thi want to play tomorrow

Not even if you pull the trigger in mech mode? Something is really screwed up if your on off pin is out after pulling the trigger in mech mode. Are you sure the sear is in good condition? Perhaps you have some debris blocking it's motion.

Ohh yeah, are you sure the on off is installed right? If you had an o-ring in there wrong it could block the on off pins travel. Perhaps it is installed correctly but there is some thing in there?

sorry to hijack the thread but Iam having the same problem with mine....except I got the noid to work by attaching a pen spring to the "E" clip and the other end to one of the panel grip screws and poof it works awsome but I would like to know what the actual problem is

as the solenoids get older, you may need to lengthen the plunger rod a few thousandths. Check the length to be 3.005" + or - .005". Hope this helps. If you can fix it send it here. ;)

when should you replace your noid? and is my spring mod a good idea or should i try to lengthen the plunger? How would I change the plunger length?
