Me get plastic nubbins today!

Ok, I got my plastic nubbins today! I could only use them in one of my barrels though! I think the inside of my body is smaller than it should be(its smaller than this Minimag body I was sent by mistake), because my J&J ceramic can't even have the o-rings on it, I had to put tiny black orings on it to get it to fit. And my All American and my J&J wouldnt fit inside my body with the plastic nubbins in it. BUT! My 32 Degrees carbon fiber barrel fits with it on! So I will try out the plastic nubbin with my 32 Degrees carbon fiber barrel soon! They look cool, and it actually looks like it sticks out less in the barrel than my V nubbins. But AGD, is my body like messed up or something? There is some of the black paint that you paint the bodies with inside where you put the barrel in(got it that way from the factory), is that normal or not? Its probably fine I guess, but why is my body a tighter size than others???

I just got mine a couple of minutes ago with sticker! I got the perfect test for them, the 18th is AO Nightmare's first tourney. I'll give a report on them after the tourney.

mine came today, so far they are working great, no double feed with my warp and they fit fine so i guess they are doing their job. i've used them with my J&J brass and my stock mini barrel both with great success, will try them out more this weekend when i have fresher paint.

speaking of ball detents. last time i went the tip of my ball detent broke off leaving a spear like tip on the end that is supposed to catch the ball. i've got one thing to say, it caught the aball alright. took me a little while to realize that was the reason i was breaking every ball. pretty smooth day after that though. :D

mine came today also! great product from AGD! sticker too. what i do is when inserting the barrel, to getpast the first o-ring i put my finger down on it and ease it in, and then the 2nd goes in easily wiht no hastle.

Where can you get the new nubbins?

As of yet, the new plastic nubbins are not for sale. The new nubbins are presently in testing stage. Approximately 100 people from this forum were lucky enough to be the first to test them out. Maybe if you ask nicely, some might send you their spares.

If someone has a spare plastic nubbin, let me know so I can try it out. There are about 20 of us here that play every week so I could definitely give it a good trial.
