how much do you ussually pay for one? Not those dinky nitrile ones, I mean 90 durometer urethane ones.

They are only rubber if you buy the rubber ones.

If you buy the nice one then you'll have the nice ones.

I do know the difference. It's not too hard to tell. ;)

I pay too much. I have to get un-lazy and buy a large supply from someplace other than a paintball shop.

Can you post a link?

ptfe = teflon

better temp range
wear resistance not as good, but i would think that is a function not of the compound in general but specififc durometer
resists all outside materials
actual rubbing wear is, in my experience, not the downfall of orings but degredation over time and pressure use

anyone else know about durometer rating available for the teflon rings?

and heres a fun link. doesnt like teflons wear rating as much as other sites though.

Whats wrong with the black o-rings for tanks? They work perfect for me and they are cheaper than dirt.

ok that doesnt' answer my question.

Why are they inferior to the other ones? what makes the other ones worth the money?

Here's another question, where do most of you get your o-rings? I do it the easy way, just buy 3-4 whenever I buy from an online pball shop, but end up paying way more than I should of course.
