OK, This damn mag is starting to piss me off! :cuss:

This is an OLD classic mag. It's been in the closet for 15 years.
My son wants to get into P-ball.
I used to play with this and never had a problem.

Now, I use Co2.

Screw the bottle on and it gases up just fine.
As soon as you fire it, it starts leaking.
If you PRESS & HOLD the trigger it stops.
Once you let the trigger go it starts leaking again.

I've tried
Adjusting the velocity,
Changed ALL o-rings,
Lube job,
I even changed the whole valve and still the same crap.

I don't want someone to give me some advise, I want EVERYONE too!

Does the bottle screw on to the back of the marker? If it does, make sure it has an anti-siphon tube in the tank and is lined up properly so you arent sucking liquid co2 straight into the valve. If it is just a regular tank, I would suggest running the tank in the vertical position screwed into the vertical adapter. Wee ran them for years like this just dont lay the marker over too far. If you cant get it going I'll be happy to fix it for you. Just email me. ;)

Yes it is screwed directly into the back.
I had thought this and tried holding the gun up to see how it reacted, and it did the same thing.
When I used it, I had a anti-siphon tank AND ran a remote.
Needless to say, I don't have either anymore.

I will try to get a tube put into his tank and/or try a remote and see what happens.
If I don't have any luck, I will certainly give you a shout.

Thanks

sounds like the leak my classic had. turned out to be the o-ring that seals the back half of the valve to the front.
