Any chance you could Mill / cut out those lines further apart? Then I might consider buying one. If not, well, I still might buy a pair. Good luck selling.

do you make anything like this for standard 45 grip frames?

luke
03-08-2005, 09:15 AM
You mean with out inserts?

Sk8ermog
03-08-2005, 10:23 AM
looking great as always Luke. Might just have to buy an emag just to put these grips on them. Oh and I had some local friends interested in your 45 grips w/o inserts also so.... if you end up making a batch of 45 pannels with nice deep milling then I'll take some for my team. thanks.

luke
03-08-2005, 11:34 AM
They would rather have deep milling in the front rather than ULE milling in the back?

Sk8ermog
03-08-2005, 12:04 PM
oh... good point. Well if the ULE milling really makes a difference then yes, but grips don't weigh much so we were going for the outer look more then the over all weight. But if milling the back out of them makes them lighter then I know I'd rather have that then grooves on the front.

luke

If I have materials in stock I'll do a small run this week. :)

oh figures, after i ask if you have them without inserts, and buy a pair with, you make em without. jk

luke
03-08-2005, 03:35 PM
I don't recall, but maybe I made them because you did ask. ;)

p8ntball365
03-17-2005, 05:29 PM
yep
are these plastic or metal? and is there a way you can do panels, w/ no inserts or the divit for inserts, so its just flat?

luke
03-17-2005, 06:29 PM
:) People have made requests for the past year; I wasn't going to do any until my inventory of panels w/ inserts got low. ;)

It's not allot, I think these are like 1.5 oz. lighter (per set), I would have to re-weigh them to be sure...

Do these have a port for a Warp intelefeed wire? Or would you / how much would it cost to get a set with one?

(Specificly on the panel with window.)

ummmmm why are you guys asking luke to do knotches on the pannels of emag pannels when the frame itself allready has a grove for the intell wire?

ummmmm why are you guys asking luke to do knotches on the pannels of emag pannels when the frame itself allready has a grove for the intell wire?

I know, Sk8ermog's post wasn't that coherent. However, if you actually read it, you would realize that we are asking Luke to not put his design on the front of the panels. Thus the word "grooves."

We would perfer if Luke simply made the panels without intserts and without the design on the front. We never mentioned an "intelli wire."

luke

I did several with my last production run, but they were pre paid.

When this batch is gone, and if I do another run, I'll probably do a a few without any designs on the face...

It doesn’t work like that sorry.

There is NO WAY to control the pattern of the colors. The raw materials are a 2 part liquid (like water) that is poured into a mold through a hole about 1/2 the size of a pencil. All I can control (kind of anyway) is the dominate color when doing 2 tones.

I have done business with him on more than one occasion now and he is the most prompt person or business I have ever dealt with over the internet. He is fast and provides quality services, most of witch just aren’t available anywhere else.

So … thanks for everything I am very pleased.
