I brought my Classic mag over to a friends house to play today. I used CO2, as always. This gun has never let me down with the exception of today. Dry-firing the gun will get it to work perfectly. But when a paintball is fired, the sear rod sticks in the back to middle position and slowly moves forward and then you'll hear a click indicating it's back to normal. What is the problem? Thanks for the help.

You are getting bolt stick.
First, check your bolt spring. If it is weak, replace it.
Then, if that does not work:
1) If it is a level 7, then move to a longer powertube spacer.
2)If it is a level 10, then move to a larger carrier.
Edit: spacer should be longer not shorter to get rid of bolt stick.

The spring is longer than the bolt still so that's good.
It's a level 7 bolt. Luckily I have some pt spacers. I'll go try it out now and I'll brb.

Ok, I'm kind of mad now. It is working perfectly. Seems like whenever I need it it doesn't work. Whenever I don't need it, it does. Is this one of those things that happens on and off?
Well, if you're correct, next time this happens I'll go to a smaller spacer and that'll fix the problem.

make sure your on/off is properly lubricated.

Ok, that sounds like an idea. I'll give it a shot or two. Thanks.
