i got 2x 12" dub200 subs...
i need help finding out what kind of box i need...
sealed or vented?

Depends on what kind of sound you want. Typically, people will go with a sealed box. I know I've seen a site that does a good job of explaining the differences.. I shall look for it and post.

If you're going for loud/boominess = vented/ported.
If you're going for SQ/tight bass = sealed.

i have decided to go with a vented box... thanx guys...

now the only problem is i need to buy a stupid amp... frick!

the big question is what type of car do you have? Hatchback = vented Trunk = sealed(unless you vent directly into passenger compartment)

Keep in mind, vented boxes usually require a little more power too.
