Hey, wouldn't it be cool if AGD would come out with a aluminum Center feed RT Classic body? Or am I just crazy?

But I like the body, I think it is nice. People like me want their marker to look as old as passable. It makes it look old and slow, a sleeper if you will

I thought about making an adapter for a ULE body like I did with a Mini body but I've been realy lazy this winter.

I agree, an old school RT body(front vented area) would definatley be cool. But like my friend MAgman said, it wouldn't be cost effective. Maybe you could find a machine shop to make one for you(if you can get the ULE Cad file for the slots, and such)

Which Classic Rt Body, they used 2 the Euro Body AGD-E body, and the regular body which did come in centerfeed, or one was avalible for purchase....

He means the original RT (http://www.airgun.com/museum/RT.htm). I agree, that is a cool body design. You'd sell a few if produced in aluminum centre-feed, but probably not enough to be cost-effective.

couldnt you get one made at a machine shop if you could get your hands on an extended slug body? The tac one has a really long body and covers almost the entire valve, agd says they are made from extended slugs. TAC's have the coolest millng BTW

I wonder if AGD would put the extended slugs up for public sale?

well if you want the front holes like the classic RT did, then an extended slug won't help you very much, if you just want it over the valve, then that's where the extended slug comes in to play

that would be awsome if they did, it would reduce the weight a bit and center feed would just be great. I would definately get one.

One question though, would this be for classic RT's to reduce weight or for the newer valves? I have a classic rt and love it, just wish it were lighter.

See I know the RT Classic Valve is what the X-Valve was based off of, and I like the gas through rail. I think with an aluminum body it would be not AS top heavy. It would also be nice if AGD could develop a "Small" X-Valve to accommodate the RT Classics.
