warp intellafeed trouble

I baught a warp for my 02 shocker. I soldierd the intellafeed wire on the 3k celaniod, and the next day the battery in the shocker was dead (I havent got a chance to get the tank aired up so i havent ran paint threw it yet). I thaught i mite of wired them up backwards, so i switched them around, and this morning my battery is dead again. The warp batters are fine its just the battery in my marker that keeps going dead? so whats goin on here? so far this warp has been more trouble than its worth.
