I found this old Automag Classic and after some teflon spray and about 20 shots it worked like a charm. However there's a slight hiss down the barrel. What should be replaced to stop it? Is it the on/off assy or the bolt?
And yes, i'm new to this...

It is most likely the power tube o-ring. And oil is better than the teflon spray. it moistureizes the orings in addition to lubricating them.

Will DOW Shocker lube be good?

you can use it, but it would be much better to use a good paintball marker oil, like gold cup or AutoLube (from AGD). The seals need the moisture from the oil to stay soft and flexible. And for some reason Mags seem to need more oil than most markers, probably because there are so many o-rings.
