I bought an Auotmag RT used a few months ago and from the get go there has been one problem: a leaky screw. Here is the culprit.

The top screw with the white surrounding it is the problem. I've taken it to two proshops asking for advice but so far all they have come up with was putting lock-tight in it, and then when that didn't work, putting a teflon coating over it. Neither stop the leak.

An old guy who apparently has had extensive esperience with mags told me that my only option was to tap a slightly larger thread into the hole and put in a slightly larger screw.

My question to you is, is there a better way? I don't want to risk screwing up the air system if I don't have to.
